RETURN POLICY:

Although we hope you love all your items from BIBA GERTRUDE ST, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 

BIBA GERTRUDE ST. will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

• Items must be returned with 10 days of receiving your order

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Hair products and brushes with obvious signs of use
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
